Looking ahead to the Round 2 Music Scholarship auditions once the Music Aptitude Test is over

Round-2-Audition-PreparationMany young musicians in Year 6 are sitting the Music Aptitude Test and awaiting the results to find out if they have progressed to Round 2. We recommend working hard on your audition pieces alongside MAT preparation so that you are ready if you get an early date for the audition. Many London-based musicians have signed up to perform at events such as the All Instruments Competition or the Clementi Piano Competition to gain some extra performance experience and to help combat the nerves on audition day.

We are also running a Round 2 Group Workshop in South London on 3rd October to prepare students for the audition and interview rounds. [Join Workshop]

Individual Music Scholarship lessons are available with Rachael on Thursdays in September and October. Lessons are 30 or 60 minutes at our East Dulwich studio.
